People are having issues updating to the latest Battlefield 3 patch for some reason the process of updating does not start automatically on the Origin Launcher. To fix this simply log in to origin and right click the Battlefield 3 icon, select "check for update" and your fixed.
If this does not work for any reason try closing your browser and origin and then load up origin first and repeat the process.
