How to get the Top Hat in Terraria 1.0.4 (rare enemy the groom)

The top hat drops from the rare spawn enemy "the groom" which is a zombie wearing a top hat no less.You will not see many people wearing this hat for good reason. The main reason is because while the item is in the game you can not get the top hat without cheating, because the mob does not currently have a spawn trigger.

Terraria 1.0.5 is more than likely due to hit us this week and with the patch comes the spawn trigger for "the groom". I would predict this Friday 24th as the day it arrives.
